Oil Based Corrosion Preventative
Q-KOAT 650 is a barium free, oil-dispersed, water displacing, fingerprint suppression corrosion preventative formulated for long term indoor storage protection. This product deposits a thin, slightly oily residual film that is easily removed using an alkaline cleaner or solvent cleaner.
Q-KOAT 650 is packaged in 310-gallon, one-way tote tanks and 55-gallon, non-returnable steel drums. Bulk and 5-gallon pails are also available.
Q-KOAT 650 is designed to be used straight. To achieve maximum corrosion protection and water displacement, parts should be dipped into Q-KOAT 650. Effective results can also be achieved by spraying if the equipment can provide a sufficient and uniform coating of Q-KOAT 650.
