Swiss-Style Screw Machine Oil
XTREME CUT 735 is a medium to heavy-duty straight oil designed for Swiss-style screw machines and other applications that require dual or tri-purpose oils. This straight oil is formulated with very good polar lubrication and does contain extreme pressure additives to provide superior tool life.
XTREME CUT 735 is designed to prevent chip welding and metal pick-up on the tool and grinding wheel. This fluid is used where fine finishes and critical part tolerance is required. XTREME CUT 735 is formulated with anti-mist, anti-foam, and anti-oxidation additives for clean, trouble-free performance.
XTREME CUT 735 contains fat, chlorine, inactive sulfur, and phosphorus. XTREME CUT 735 does not contain active sulfur. This fluis is available in pails, drums, totes, and bulk. Refer to the Safety Data Sheet (SDS) for additional physical and chemical properties, associated hazards (if applicable), and procedures for safe handling and proper storage.

XTREME CUT 725 is to be used neat, as supplied. Do not dilute with water. Consult with QualiChem before diluting this product with other oils or solvents.
After the metal removal operation, use recommended QualiChem cleaners and corrosion preventatives to enhance process compatibility.
