Floor Cleaner
TUFF CUT 970 is an economical liquid floor cleaner for light to moderately soiled areas. The product is suitable for use in automatic floor scrubbers, mop buckets, spray bottles, and hand cleaning applications. The mild pH and pleasant fragrance of TUFF CUT 970 make it particularly operator-friendly. This versatile product can be used for most industrial and commercial cleaning jobs.
In addition to use as floor soap, TUFF CUT 970 can also be used in pressure washers, as a general-purpose maintenance cleaner, in agi-lifts, and other equipment where moderate foaming can be tolerated.
TUFF CUT 970 contains phosphates, but does not contain nitrites or silicites. It is packaged in IBCs, drums, and pails.
Recommended use dilutions are dependent on cleaning method and soil load.
Use a QualiChem Alkalinity Test Kit (QAT001) or equivalent with 1.0N sulfuric acid. Determine the number of drops necessary to cause the color change. Multiply the number of drops by the titration conversion factor below to determine the percent concentration: Drops x Factor = % Concentration.
