Spray Wash Cleaner
MET-KLEEN 120S is a multi-purpose spray washer cleaner. This product can be used in all types of industrial spray wash applications, from single stage washers to multi-stage washers and intensive flood washers. MET-KLEEN 120S will clean most industrial soils and leave the part with a very light film for rust protection.
MET-KLEEN 120S does not contain nitrites, phosphates, or silicates. It is packaged in IBCs, drums, and pails.
*Oil-rejecting cleaners split oils to the top for easy skimming. Oil-dispersing cleaners break up the soil into fine particles, which are then suspended and flushed off the surface. Emulsifying cleaners break up and suspend loosened dirt to keep it from settling back on the cleaned surface.
**Higher temperatures generally provide better cleaning.
Use a QualiChem Alkalinity Test Kit (QAT001) or equivalent with 1.0N sulfuric acid. Determine the number of drops necessary to cause the color change. Multiply the number of drops by the titration conversion factor below to determine the percent concentration. Drops x Factor= % Concentration.
